Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the de9999 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services accessible at de9999.bet.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers for or uses a de9999 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with de9999.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins equivalent credit, or matched deposit credit awarded by de9999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted.

Clause 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account with de9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. de9999 operates a strict 21+ policy and will close any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by de9999 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by de9999 for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. de9999 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to transfer, withhold, or forfeit any Balance held in such Accounts. de9999 may require identity verification documents at any point before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Clause 3

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. de9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify de9999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

de9999 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where fraudulent activity, identity theft, or Account sharing is suspected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, all pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Clause 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). de9999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Identity verification: de9999 may require you to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold set by de9999. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Transaction fees: de9999 does not charge fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside de9999's control.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in BDT. de9999 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

de9999 reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud. Where a deposit cannot be verified to de9999's satisfaction, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending further review.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

de9999 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money Balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless stated differently in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games or markets that contribute to the wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per payment method, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• de9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured for a reasonable period.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through techniques including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated play may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and closure of the Account.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Clause 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. de9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error on the part of the Platform has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• de9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be updated by de9999 at any time.
• de9999 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or a sports event, de9999 will apply its standard settlement procedures, which are available in the platform's help documentation.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the de9999 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent payment methods, or chargebacks to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Using any automated tool, script, bot, or exploit to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Clause 8

Responsible Gaming

de9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. All tools are accessible from your Account settings dashboard after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily pause your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the de9999 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, software, trademarks, game content supplied by third-party providers, and the de9999 brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of de9999 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of de9999.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, de9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond de9999's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party games or services accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by de9999's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Clause 11

Privacy and Data Protection

de9999 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. de9999 uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and applies strict internal access controls to protect Player data.

Clause 12

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting de9999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

de9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where de9999 reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, de9999 may forfeit all funds held in the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Clause 13

Amendments to These Terms

de9999 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform's homepage or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
